Job Description:The Administrative Specialist II provides a wide range of administrative and office support functions to ensure smooth operations. This role includes tasks such as data entry, document preparation, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with project coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires proficiency with office software and an ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.Key Responsibilities:Perform administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and data entryAssist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and eventsPrepare reports, presentations, and other documentsManage and respond to general inquiries from the public and internal staffSupport department-specific projects and initiatives as neededMaintain accurate and organized records and databasesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or experience preferred2+ years of experience in an administrative role.Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsiblyLocation: Mt.
