- Develop and Execute Marketing Programs: Enhance awareness and demand for Paramount, J&J and Sollos products in the U.S., embracing and addressing diverse customer needs and perspectives.
- Manage Research Projects: Gather insights from a broad spectrum of customers and end-users to gain a competitive edge and inform our strategies.
- Evaluate Market Trends: Analyze market data and competitor activities to make inclusive, informed decisions that align with our mission of transforming the experience of water.
- Coordinate Product Launches: Partner with development teams to ensure new product introductions meet market needs.
- Analyze Marketing Effectiveness: Measure and report on marketing activities to continuously improve and adapt strategies, ensuring they are equitable and effective.
- Integrated Campaigns: Develop print ads, online ads, website content, product literature, product catalogs and more that resonate with our audience.
- Digital Assets: Ability to create digital assets to support the Specialty Brands including digital ads, coordination of product photography and videography.
- Story-Telling: Has the ability to develop Brand and Product stories, how-to-content, unboxing videos, installation videos, training and more.
- Social Media & PR: Oversee social media, public relations, and manage trade shows and events that engage Specialty Brands.
- Budget Management: Manage the annual budget for specified categories, ensuring that marketing investments support our vision, goals and business objectives.
- Experience: 2-3 years managing marketing programs with cross-functional teams and external agencies. Experience in diverse global markets or consumer durable goods is a plus.
- Skills: A commercially savvy, dynamic, and analytical team player with strong management, creative and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) experience a plus.
- Travel: 10-20% domestic travel required.
