Position OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Manager to lead the front-of-house operations across our high-volume dining venues. In this full-time seasonal role, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional guest service, efficient team management, and streamlined food & beverage operations in a fast-paced mountain resort environment.You’ll oversee all aspects of our QSR outlets; from team scheduling, training, and performance coaching to food safety, quality assurance, and inventory control. Working closely with Culinary Services leadership, you'll ensure our dining areas are clean, welcoming, and operating at peak efficiency during every ski day and event.This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 3 years serving and/or bartending experience in a high volume atmosphere preferred
3 years of supervisory experience
At least 21 years of age
Valid OLCC Service Permit & Oregon Food Handler’s Card required
Basic computer skills
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Responsible for the success of the Food & Beverage Department
Available to work weekends and holidays during winter season
Compensation:
Starting Wage: $2200 - $2700 gross per bi-weekly pay period
