- Define and articulate the long-term technical vision and strategy for the ITCE BU within the organization. This includes identifying emerging trends, evaluating new technologies, and guiding research and development efforts.
- Monitor ever-changing technological landscape of current customer markets and target customer markets and provide strategic guidance.
- Represent i3 through industry boards, committees, and professional organizations.
- Develop and implement technological advancement plans for i3 Team Members.
- Provide technological guidance in the proposal development process.
- Serve as the ultimate authority and "go-to" expert for complex problems. Provide architectural and design guidance for mission-critical projects and act as a final escalation point for technical issues that can't be resolved by other teams. Provides the knowledge and expertise in a specific subject, business area, or technical area for a project or program.
- Defines procedures or standards, using the knowledge of what the right or best way to execute a task would be; and recommends procedural improvements.
- Develops performance objectives and determines acceptable performance levels.

- Bachelor's degree required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant DoD experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
- Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully.

- Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
