- This job oversees a team of senior managers and senior associates and is accountable for driving strategic initiatives while also ensuring the professional growth and development of their team members.
- Proactively seeks out, generates and embraces creative ideas, concepts and approaches to execute objectives.
- Advises team managers on best strategies to analyze and overcome business challenges by drawing on financial expertise and experience.
- Oversees all transactions in their remit on behalf of the North America portfolio to ensure that they strategically align with business goals.
- Maintains external partnerships and processes with real estate third-party vendors.
- Operates effectively in a matrix environment by working collaboratively with leaders and colleagues on issues.
- Skilled at stakeholder manager, adept at influencing without authority at all levels of the organization, including c-suite.
- Precisely execute operations to support defined and aligned upon strategy.
- Ensure all critical dates are met and portfolio.
- Manage strategic external partnerships.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the progress.
- Fosters professional growth and development of all team members through regular career coaching conversations and performance feedback.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 - $249,900.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.

- 10 - 15+ years of project, program, or corporate real estate with experience creating strategic deployment and transformation roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment (industrial and office)
- Skilled in transaction management and contract negotiations
- Experience managing a large and complex portfolio
- Mastery of financial modeling
- Build to Suit Industrial Development Experience
- Professional certification: CCIM / MCR / SIOR/ Preferred
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
- BA / BS required
