- Lead and oversee the recruitment team supporting one of our major clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes across multiple functions and seniority levels, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing insights and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor team performance metrics, streamline processes, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with client leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives and talent needs.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams.
- Successful track record in managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles and seniority levels.
- Expert knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
- You are a proactive leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for talent acquisition.
- You excel at coaching, motivating, and developing team members.
- You are adaptable, metrics-driven, and thrive in fast-paced, hybrid environments.
- You have excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape.
