We're seeking a dedicated full-time Dispatching Agent - Customer Service Associate to join our team in Ft. Myers, FL.THE BASICSThis is a full-time position with occasional weekends and nights as needed for exceptional customer support. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $16 - $24 per hour, plus commission and spiffs. Your day will involve answering calls, scheduling appointments for our skilled technicians, and managing up to 20 routes efficiently. Your exceptional customer service skills will be on full display as you communicate with both technicians and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher
  • HVAC experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in using Service Titan or similar software preferred
