Client is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead with strong Scrum Master capabilities to lead enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and/or Marketing Cloud. This individual will combine Agile project delivery expertise with hands-on leadership to ensure successful, scalable, and high-quality CRM outcomes.Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Serve as Scrum Master for 1–2 Agile teams, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define scope, manage backlogs, and prioritize requirements.
Drive sprint velocity, identify and remove impediments, and champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
Coordinate deliverables across onshore/offshore teams and external vendors.
Monitor delivery milestones, risks, and issues; proactively escalate where needed.
Support change management, release planning, and end-user adoption initiatives.
Provide executive-level reporting on program health, timelines, and outcomes.Qualifications:
12+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
2+ years hands-on Scrum Master experience in a Salesforce or SaaS environment.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) required.
Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices within Salesforce ecosystems.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and executive communication.
Experience with large, enterprise Salesforce environments and multiple orgs/integrations.
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset), data migration, and API integrations a plus.Thank You,Brajesh Roy
