- Administrative and Documentation Duties: Complete all required departmental paperwork and documentation in accordance with established policies. Participate in interagency team meetings to support coordinated care.
- Service Delivery and Coordination: Address and resolve issues related to service delivery. Assist with care coordination to ensure high-quality services for clients and families. Facilitate referrals for additional clinical services during treatment and at discharge.
- Clinical Assessment and Planning: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA). Develop Positive Behavior Support Plans based on assessment findings, under supervision. Continuously evaluate and update behavior plans to ensure effectiveness.
- Therapeutic Services: Provide individual and family therapy in various settings (community, inpatient, outpatient). Deliver direct care to assigned patients.
- Supervision and Team Collaboration: Provide clinical supervision to assigned staff through individual, group, and onsite formats. Lead and participate in treatment team meetings. Ensure staff implement behavior plans with fidelity.
- Clinical Expertise and Development: Demonstrate proficiency in behavior support techniques and structured clinical assessment tools. Interpret and communicate assessment results and treatment recommendations to families and professionals. Develop expertise in: Child, adolescent, and adult psychopathology, crisis intervention, de-escalation and behavioral therapy
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Actively coordinate and liaise with other service providers and professionals to support holistic care.
- Masters degree in Psychology; Child Development; Applied Behavior Analysis; Early Intervention; Education; Special Education; Instruction in Learning; Social Work or a related field.
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of behavior principles, evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM preferred
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC)
- Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
- Act 33 with renewal

- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
