Position Summary:Reporting to the President, the HR Manager will work closely with the President of the company to foster an environment in which everyone has the opportunity to become their very best selves. Beverlin is an active partner with a large PEO. Several of the less desirable traditional administrative responsibilities, like benefits negotiation, are handled directly by the PEO, with our approval, which provides more time to focus on team member development and engagement.Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience successfully leading an operation and engineering oriented environment. Metal fabrication experience is a plus.
  • Proven servant leadership skills, including track record of positive change management, growth, and strategic direction.
  • Manufacturing background.
  • Small to mid-sized company experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrates a personal value system which closely aligns with the organization’s culture.
  • Experience reaching decisions without allowing the organization to get bogged down.
