- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience successfully leading an operation and engineering oriented environment. Metal fabrication experience is a plus.
- Proven servant leadership skills, including track record of positive change management, growth, and strategic direction.
- Manufacturing background.
- Small to mid-sized company experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrates a personal value system which closely aligns with the organization’s culture.
- Experience reaching decisions without allowing the organization to get bogged down.
- Authentic decisive player coach who leads through others while holding the team accountable to high expectations.
- Approachable with demonstrated ability to listen.
