We pride ourselves on providing high-quality nursing care, fostering a supportive team environment, and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents every day.Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent clinical care, support daily living activities, and ensure the highest standards of resident safety and satisfaction.Responsibilities * Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and document resident conditions, vital signs, and progress notes.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in daily resident care.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.
Qualifications * Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arkansas.
  • Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused care approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
