- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and document resident conditions, vital signs, and progress notes.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in daily resident care.
- Respond promptly to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.
- Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused care approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred but not required.
