Billing Coordinator

- Process bills to pay for Trust and Guardian divisions;
- Process outgoing ACHs, wires, checks, etc.;
- Generate invoicing for Guardian and Case Management services;
- Perform discharge accountings and closing of accounts;
- Perform annual court accountings and coordinate with Attorneys and Guardians;
- Process any incoming payments;
- Assist with reviewing daily transactions;
- Assist with filing documentation in Laserfiche;
- Reconciliation of Amex and mileage charges and billing to client accounts;
- Assist operations team with other projects as needed;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Answer phones;
- Process incoming mail;
- Assist other staff members in the office, as needed.
- High School diploma or GED required;
- AA in Accounting or another related field preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience of working as a Billing Coordinator or other similar position;
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with outstanding attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software mainly in Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.

- Accurate data entry skills;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, internally and externally;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
