Job Description:What You'll Do
  • Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services
  • Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
  • Performing field and laboratory testing
  • Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects, as needed
  • Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE

What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED; Associate or technology degree in Civil Engineering or architectural engineering preferred2 years of related building enclosure field inspection experience preferredProfessional certifications (WACEL, ACI and/or AWCI) would go a long way * This position requires carrying 40 – 70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist heightMust be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites – Mileage will be reimbursed
