- Lead systemic issue resolution across the supply chain for the portfolio of brands, using strategic thinking and data-informed decision-making
- Develop, maintain, and optimize supply chain reporting tools to support executive strategy, brand-level initiatives, and cross-functional alignment
- Spearhead supplier performance management, including relationship development, escalation protocols, and continuous improvement efforts with a focus on quality, lead-time, and operational excellence
- Reinforce and promote procurement standards, contract compliance, and best practices across all sourcing activities
- Negotiate or support cost-effective pricing and service agreements, ensuring alignment with brand specifications, budget targets, and quality benchmarks
- Evaluate vendor proposals and assist in supplier selection to drive innovation, reliability, and long-term value
- Build and sustain strong relationships with strategic supply chain partners, ensuring they are integrated into brand and enterprise strategies
- Oversee and enhance the supplier onboarding process to ensure efficient integration and performance readiness
- Collaborate with Culinary and Operations Services teams to support product development and menu evolution with competitive pricing and operational fit
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, margin improvement, and value creation across the end-to-end supply chain
- Assess operational impacts and risk resulting from process changes or exceptions, ensuring continuity and agility
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate food safety, traceability, and quality risks across the sourcing and distribution network
- Design and implement standardized QA protocols across multiple retail brands
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product quality, safety, and compliance
- 5+ years of direct work experience in process and project management
- Very strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Base understanding and working knowledge of purchasing and supply management, and how it relates to operations.
- Ability to run cost savings analysis measuring savings/impact.
- Familiarity with operational needs, functions and objectives.
