
Manager, Paid Media

- Develop: Develop integrated media strategy for Brand Portfolio brands, optimally utilizing digital, paid search, traditional and emerging media tactics, to achieve company and marketing goals. Demonstrate ability to analyze and execute digital media forecasting and generate recommendations based on findings.
- Lead: Lead team and agency partners in implementing, optimizing and tracking results of all paid media strategies and plans. Assist in the development of best practices for implementing strategic media thinking and tactical execution across the Brand Portfolio.
- Manage: Manage media channel budgets for each brand to ensure spend is in accordance with budgets and forecasts.
- Partnership: Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure optimal media support of brand initiatives and consistency and integrity of brand in all touch points. Ensures partnership with analytics, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to create media goals, benchmarks and KPIs that align with customer, brand and business goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
- 3-5 years experience in digital, paid search, social media, traditional media planning and/or buying
- High proficiency in Excel, experience with Analytics tools preferred
- Strong analytical skills particularly experience with Adobe Omniture
- Google AdWords/Analytics and Amazon AMS experience is a plus
