- Training: Lead and organize training sessions to educate team members on robot programming.

- Process Improvement: Identify and eliminate manual processes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintenance: Maintain and optimize existing automation systems.
- Technology Awareness: Stay aware of the latest advancements in automation technologies.
- Manufacturing Insight: Understand manufacturing processes to develop effective automation solutions.
- Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Interact with outside vendors or suppliers for training coordination, getting support, etc.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documents such as manuals and SOPs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation solutions.
- Perform testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues in automation systems and applications.
- Provide technical support for automation systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation systems, including design specifications, user manuals, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline field, preferably Mechanical or Robotics Engineering
- +5 years' experience in automation in a manufacturing or production environment
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items
- Experience working with automation in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Strong FANUC Teach/Touch Pendant programming experience.
- Strong experience with electrical systems.
- Experience with 3D Modeling and Printing.
- Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design).
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain technical documentation.
- Ability to train and lead junior and entry-level engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, and developers, to ensure successful project execution
