
Superintendent

- Coordinate daily activities of Helion's facilities teams
- Oversee subcontractor performance across scope, schedule, and quality requirements
- Perform hands-on work as needed
- Operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments with limited drawings, specifications, or layout plans
- Manage site logistics for facility projects, including deliveries, equipment setup, and access control
- Develop and maintain written workplans and schedules to align resources and deadlines
- Enforce safety standards and ensure a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and resolve field issues
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, punch lists, and completion checklists
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction or facilities management
- Experience managing internal crews and subcontractors on active job sites
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of facility electrical infrastructure and related trades
- Skill with hand tools, shop equipment, and finishing tools
- Ability to coordinate work and resolve issues with internal teams and external vendors
