Serving residents in a very active community full of fun, family and opportunities to serve!Position SummaryThe Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) provides specialized restorative nursing services under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role supports residents in maintaining or regaining their highest level of functional ability, independence, and quality of life. The RNA follows individualized care plans, restorative programs, and therapy carryover activities while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide restorative care programs as directed by licensed nursing staff and therapy teams, including range of motion, ambulation, transfers, and positioning.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting independence.Monitor, encourage, and document resident participation in restorative programs.Accurately chart restorative care activities in accordance with facility policy and state/federal regulations.Communicate resident progress, needs, and concerns to supervising nurses.Maintain safe, clean, and supportive environments for residents.Ensure all restorative equipment is used properly, cleaned, and stored safely.Participate in care conferences, staff training, and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.Uphold residents’ rights to dignity, privacy, and respect in all care interactions.Follow facility policies, infection control, and safety procedures.QualificationsValid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado.Experience in restorative nursing, therapy, or rehabilitation preferred.Strong documentation and communication skills.Compassionate, patient, and supportive approach to resident care.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.Knowledge of restorative and rehabilitative techniques a plus.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and transfer residents safely.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed.Frequent reaching, stooping, and use of hands.Benefits (if applicable)Competitive pay: $19.26 – $26.75/hr (DOE)Health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with employer contributionPaid time off (PTO) and holiday payTuition reimbursement and training opportunitiesOpportunities for advancement in nursing and restorative careWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.The Colorado Job Application Fairness Act (JAFA) prohibits employers from asking prospective employees to disclose any age-related information.
