Prospect and develop new customer relationships in your territory
Foster ongoing partnerships with current customers
Deliver tailored power generation solutions with a consultative sales approach
Represent Generac's full portfolio: Industrial Generators, Transfer Switches, and more
Collaborate with Kelly engineers, project managers, and service teams to ensure client success
Attend trade shows, site visits, and industry events to grow brand visibility
Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records

What You Bring
3+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
Background in generators, engines, or electrical systems a plus
Strong communicator and relationship builder
CRM proficiency and goal-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical & Travel
Frequent travel within your assigned territory
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work in office, field, and site environments
