Senior Supply Chain Procurement Analyst - System AutomationCompany: The Boeing CompanyJob ID: 00000421434Date Posted: 2024-04-05Location: USA - Charleston, SC, USA - Everett, WA, USA - Kent, WAJob Description Qualifications:Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Procurement Analyst – System Automation (Level 4) to join the Raw Material Aggregation Strategy (RMAS) team in Everett, Washington; Kent, Washington; or Charleston, South Carolina.The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated person with strong background in Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing (SAP) to join our team and support our system automation. The candidate will be responsible for the RMAS pricing maintenance for purchasing and resale. They will also be responsible for new system automation development requiring requirement gathering, coding, testing and implementation across all workstreams. The will maintain documentation of all automation processes. They will provide post implementation support. The analyst will work with cross functional teams to problem solve. They will provide solutions and ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of our pricing and purchasing systems.Position Responsibilities:Work with third party logistics (3PL) and Boeing Procurement Analysts in analysis of RMAS pricing against mill contracts and prepare pricing templates with pricing to update SAP.Work with users to gather requirements for mass update of SAP.Use SAP Gui Scripting to create initial code for SAP update.Integrate SAP code into Excel Visual Basic Application (VBA) code to iterate each record for update.Code exception handling for all SAP UI messages that could pop-up.Maintain Structured Query Language (SQL) scripts, views, tables, stored procedures used for analysis of pricing data.Maintain Excel workbooks used to analyze and update new pricing.Understanding of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for the transfer of pricing data from SAP to SQL.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):5+ years of experience with a strong functional understanding of SAP procurement module and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on work experience on SAP as a functional analyst5+ years of experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)5+ years of experience designing and programming complex SQL queries, triggers, stored procedures, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages, and scripts5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and WordPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management2+ years of prior coursework with database management, programmingTypical Education/ Experience:Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience.
