- Placing and answering phone calls with Marketing Executives and customers in order to solve credit related problems (i.e., unpaid invoices, stop-shipments, etc.).
- Offer World Class Customer Service for customers in challenging situations
- Partners with customers to find a viable solution that meets their various needs and situations.
- Coordinates with other departments (i.e., Customer Service, Services Support, etc.) regarding customers with outstanding balances.
- Balances personal and departmental reports.
- Able to help customers in Spanish and English fluently
- Flexibility is a must in this position; Full time is 40+ hours a week
- Personally motivated and able to work in a fast pace work enviornment
- Able to work independently and professionally with a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Able to communicate politely and professionaly both electornically and over the phone
- Able to handle confidential information
- Able to use the Microsoft Office Suite programs to track daily goals.
- Able to type 30 WPM and know the 10 key
- Able to handle a high level of stress
- Collections experience preferred but not required
- Work occasional Saturdays based on company needs
- Work extended hours the first portion of each month
