SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.Responsibilities:
Vacuuming
Mopping
Bonneting
Extraction (wet/dry)
Strip & wax floor
Carpet spot removal
Transport equipment, tools and supplies
Move furniture before/after clean
Communicate changes, progress or problem areas
Qualifications:
Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred
A drug test will be required
3+ years of experience preferred
Must pass SBM Background checks, along with Pre employment Drug screening & E-Verify.
