Chick-fil-A Sergeant Road is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Operations. This individual would report to the Director of Operations, along with the General Manager. If you are a hard-working individual that likes to have fun and impact lives, we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to deliver a remarkable guest experience
  • Leaving the restaurant better than you found it
  • Maintaining a LEAN production environment
  • Ensure FIFO is used by all team members
  • Dating system is in place in all areas
  • Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for team members
  • Work with the all leadership in pursuit of excellence in operations
  • Will report directly to Directors of Operations
  • Will collaborate closely with Executive Team and other Assistant Directors
  • Specifically this role is an ambassador, leader and critical component in ensuring that Chick-fil-A Sergeant Road is successful in the following areas:
  • Financial Stewardship management through Labor Cost, Food Cost, and Repairs & Maintenance, and other supplies
  • Vision and Service Model compliance throughout all areas of oversight.
  • Ensure the quality of all Operational procedures
  • Ensuring all Leaders and Team Members are trained properly and train to gaps
  • Review CFA reports and data to identify opportunities for improvement and create timely Action Plans
  • Understand elements of labor cost while making daily decisions that positively impact these areas of the business by eliminating the labor cost gap.
  • Ensure the restaurant in always clean and organized by creating and/or following a cleanliness/maintenance schedule
General tasks may include:
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with all vendors
  • Coach and mentor team members and shift leaders on mobile processes
  • Provide real time coaching and providing reminders of Chick-fil-A hospitality
  • Keeping equipment clean and well maintained
  • Applies LEAN principles to all areas of the business
  • Communicate drive thru vision to team members and shift leaders
  • Innovative and strategic thinking that ultimately leads to increased drive thru capacity
  • Develop creative ways to drive and motivate the team to reach our goals
