- Develop an organizational growth strategy to meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals. Including aspiration, vertical markets, key customers and geographies, enablement, execution, and reporting.
- Develop and implement business infrastructure, systems, processes, and controls in complete alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Optimizes business processes, implements effectiveness measures, and drives process efficiencies.
- Manage department budgets, staffing, and priorities, and execute other day-to-day management activities.
- Implement and manage the Legrand Way offer creation process.
- Ensure successful launches of new products and services from ideation through the entire product life cycle.
- Build and manage a team of product managers responsible for creating product roadmaps for their respective verticals while ensuring products and features exceed customer expectations.
- Plan and implement a comprehensive marketing program for clients and targeted prospects to include all relevant forms of marketing communication.
- Recommend Channel and Agency Partner alignment strategy.
- Responsible for all other strategic initiatives as identified by business.
- Extensive knowledge of the electrical market and sales channels within the market.
- Ability to provide vision and leadership to each functional department.
- Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams while successfully developing earlier-career staff members.
