- Cultivate a strategic team environment that provides exceptional guest service while directing the Zupervisors, Operations Coordinators and Operations Specialists and ensuring all other team members perform at a consistently high level.
- Ensure team member training programs are being followed.
- Ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet the needs of the business and maximize the guest experience by following up with the Recruiting Manager.
- Lead and influence Zupervisors, Operations Coordinators and Operations Specialists through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximum productivity.
- Select and develop Zupervisors, Operations Coordinators and Operations Specialists for more responsibility or internal promotability.
- Promote positive team member relations including effective delegation of managerial duties, fostering high team member morale, upholding operations standards, and execution of the performance management process.
- Solve issues regarding cash handling and monitoring procedures
- Responsible for leading maintenance engineering projects and tasks including: preventive maintenance, trouble-shooting, and breakdown/repair maintenance.
- Budgeting, quality control, vendor management and energy management
- Works with maintenance, production, engineering, and outside vendors to improve equipment care and work practice
- Develops reports and provides technical assistance as required; as well as troubleshoots process operating problems, investigates equipment failures, and conducts special test
- Updates maintenance and equipment procedures along with inventory
- Manages daily reporting of activities and organizes the daily and weekly maintenance tasks and assigning to crew members
- Participates in planning meetings and budgeting, as well as work with the development team on new projects/facilities
- Assists with pre-planning of all turnarounds, shutdowns, and special projects including: timing, accumulation of job lists, ordering of parts and materials, and preparation of an overall schedule

- 3+ year of Maintenance experience
- Must have prior experience being a team lead or have management experience
- Solid attention to detail
