
Medical Education Curriculum Coordinator

- Assist faculty Course Coordinators and other faculty teaching in FBS courses to organize and ensure timely posting of teaching materials, teaching schedules, and course updates.
- Provide faculty support for course content delivery.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students regarding course logistics and digital content navigation.
- Compile faculty-submitted questions in ExamSoft and work with the faculty Course Coordinator to review, finalize, and post the exam.
- Coordinate the organization and execution of team-based learning activities, including exams.
- Arrange and communicate exam schedules and organize exam proctors.
- Collect, calculate, and post student grades in Canvas in collaboration with faculty Course Coordinators and the Registrar.
- Prepare and communicate grade tracking reports to faculty Course Coordinators and Academic Affairs
- Provide day-to-day administrative support as needed to faculty teaching in FBS courses, including e.g., scheduling, communications, and meeting coordination.
- Participate in regular educational team meetings to support curriculum delivery and continuous quality improvement.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective and professional in working with TUC and other community members across all levels, including students, faculty, staff, and leadership.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, including but not limited to, managing multiple assignments, prioritizing tasks, setting deadlines, and initiating and completing projects on schedule without close supervision.
- Sound judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential or privileged information.
- Punctuality and willingness to be flexible with time when periods of concentrated curricular tasks occur or if administrative deadlines must be met.
- Strong sense of initiative and dedication to professional pride and ownership in the position.
- Interest in supporting health professions education and student-centered service.
- Willingness to gain proficiency in technologies (e.g., Yuja, Zoom, online active learning applications) and workflows supportive of the highly dynamic academic program at TUC
Maximum Salary: USD $62,500.00/Yr. Minimum Salary: USD $50,000.00/Yr.
