- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify emerging trends, key clients, and priority opportunities.
- Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and marketing teams to devise and implement effective pursuit strategies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with owners, developers, architects, brokers, and consultants within the South Florida market.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client engagements to enhance visibility and foster connections.
- 10+ years of construction business development experience, with a focus on private sector markets.
- Public sector business development, construction operations experience is a plus but is not required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred and bi-lingual Spanish a plus
