The ideal candidate needs to possess strong management skills and have experience in managed services and technology solutions. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are necessary to enhance the efficiency and quality in which Microsoft 365 solutions are delivered to Thrive clients.ResponsibilitiesPerform weekly 1-on-1 and team meetings with direct reportsDevelop processes and procedures to drive team efficiency, client satisfaction and positive end user experienceIdentify and sponsor opportunities to create fixed fee service offerings while also refining project scopes attached to existing fixed fee service offeringsServe as team manager with responsibilities including technical escalation, technical training, time sheet review, PTO/Overtime/Expense review and approvalAssess and assign engineering tasks based on required technical expertise and client needsAssess and enhance the technical skills of engineersEffectively communicate with project managers and client technical and non-technical staff to inform on project progress, statuses, requirements, etc.Monitor and approve engineer time sheetsQualificationsMinimum:Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree or equivalent work experienceExperience leading a team of engineersExperience (4+ years) in the Microsoft M365 platform, specifically:Exchange OnlineEntra IDIntuneSharePointMicrosoft TeamsEnthusiastic, self-motivated individual with team-first attitudeExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience implementing managed services and information technology solutionsPreferred:Experience using ServiceNow (or other project management software)Experience in ITIL methodology and change management processesWillingness to improve team process and contribute to team and company initiatives
