  • Implements and supports the practice mission and strategic vision within their respective departments.
  • Handles confidential information requiring professional discretion and compliance with protected health information, data integrity and security policies.
Leads the nursing team personnel, provides oversight, and assists in their daily interactions and activities with the patients.
Works with the clinic’s management team to help support clinic initiatives and objectives.
Implements and monitors goals, objectives, and performance standards for the nursing team. Communicates individual and team goals to the nursing staff.
Helps resolve any clinical-quality problems and keeps lines of communication open with nursing staff and providers to ensure employee morale and a professional, healthful clinic culture.
Performs selected nursing and administrative duties and assists the physician as part of the clinical care team.
Works with other in-house clinic department leaders to ensure successful collaboration and positive outcome for our integrated patient base.
Conducts quarterly feedforward meetings with everyone on the nursing team.
Oversees all the purchasing of delegated medical supplies.
Collaborates with the Human Resources team and manager makes decisions on future hiring and/or removing nursing staff.
Manage required annual compliance training program courses and course completion.
Other clinical or administrative duties as assigned to meet practice needs.QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma | State of Nebraska Current License (State Registry Good Standing) | CPR Certification Preferred | Proficient in Phlebotomy & Injection Skills | Proficient Medical Terminology | Familiar with EMR Systems | Familiar with Microsoft PlatformsEXPERIENCE: Previous management experience in a healthcare setting preferredCOMPENSATION: 21/hr-24/hrCOMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE:Clinic-Owned, Innovative Aesthetic Environment
