NELOGIS provides process-oriented, cost-effective solutions for training, procurement, warehousing, transportation management, staff augmentation and support, and bulk and retail fuel operations and distribution in domestic and austere locations.Job DescriptionNELOGIS is seeking a Supply Systems Analyst to support DLA Distribution San Diego (DDDC). DDDC’s primary mission is to manage and execute efficient and effective receiving, storage, inventory, packaging, Care of Supplies in Storage, stock control, stock selection, issue processing, packing, shipping, and distribution of repair parts and secondary items in support of on-base, local, and worldwide customers.Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes transactions/data to determine problem areas.
  • Determine the feasibility of consolidating, eliminating, or expanding interrelated supply systems functions; provides the impact of new/proposed changes to the system/regulations.
  • Coordinates with functional users to resolve operational and procedural problems, and research functional problem area.
  • Requires knowledge of a broad range of supply program relationships in order to conduct studies, reviews, and investigations.
  • Thorough knowledge of policies and procedures is required to manage and control material through the receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, packing, and/or transportation functions
  • Performs as the DLA Warehouse Management System -Warehouse Management System (WMS) POC to serve as the focal point for the Government in receiving communication and responding to information pertaining to WMS.
  • Performs WMS-MIS functions IAW C-5.1.3.2 WMS-MIS; and serves as the QMF query writer to write new queries as required.
  • Uses WMS and other Government Data Systems.
QualificationsMust have previous experience working at a DLA Distribution FacilityA minimum 3 years of experience in inventory using WMS or equivalent automated WMS within the past 5 years * Must be eligible to obtain and retain a U.S. Secret ClearanceAdditional InformationPosition is Full Time Positions (40 hrs per week).A plus if currently possesses or previously held a U.S. Secret Clearance.
