
Sales Administrator

- Work closely with the CBO to support day-to-day sales operations
- Help facilitate the sales process by interacting with potential clients, coordinating meetings and events, and building relationships
- Ensure follow through on client-related tasks and next steps
- Participate in client meetings and take notes during important meetings
- Manage internal company documentation involved in the sales process such as proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams
- Assist in preparing weekly sales email updates

- Prior experience in a tech sales role is a bonus
- Ability to interface with high level executives from Fortune 500 companies
- Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and dependable
