- You'll be part of a global agency that helps hospitals and hospital foundations raise critical funds through home lottery programs, directly contributing to healthcare.

- You'll work with a passionate team and have a direct hand in shaping the success of fundraising campaigns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
- Lead the strategic planning, scheduling, and budgeting for lottery programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize program success and increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, sponsors, and community partners.
- Identify potential risks and challenges, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Client Services Coordinators, fostering a positive and productive team culture.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Travel within the USA on a monthly basis, and occasionally to other Asher offices for team-building and planning.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client services, professional services, or project management.
- Proven ability to build and sustain trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong planning, budgeting, and performance analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Ability and willingness to travel within the United States and to Canada as needed.
- A valid driver's license.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
