We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead a 1–2-person service crew focused on repair and emergency response projects across Akron and surrounding areas. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, safety, and representing the company with professionalism.Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Responsibilities:
- Lead a small service crew in completing commercial roofing repairs
- Diagnose issues and perform repairs on EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and sheet metal roofing systems
- Conduct inspections and communicate directly with clients
- Use mobile apps to manage service tickets (FCS experience is a plus)
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial roofing experience, preferably in service work
- Previous foreman experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Comfortable using mobile devices and service software
