- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes; handle 100% no-touch freight
- Adhere to assigned schedules and customer delivery instructions
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; promptly report defects or maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and other required documentation
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum age: 23 years
- Verifiable OTR or regional driving experience: at least 9 months for solo applicants
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No DOT-preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- No major moving violations in the last 3 years
- No suspensions for motor vehicle offenses in the last 4 years
- No speeding citations exceeding 15 mph over the limit in the last 12 months
- No DUI/DWI in the last 7 years
- No employment terminations within the last 12 months
- No more than three jobs in the last year; average tenure per job should be at least four months
- No more than 150 days unemployed in the last 15 months (stable work history preferred)
- Ability to pass required drug screening (hair test) and pre-employment/background checks
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication
