Hoist Technician / Industrial Electrician – Direct Hire OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced hoist technician / industrial electrician to join our team in New Castle, DE. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, with a focus on hoist and crane inspections and repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience working with both low and high voltage systems, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform hoist and crane inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on various job sites.
  • Work with low and high voltage systems as required.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate installations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Document work performed for compliance and reporting.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an industrial electrician or hoist technician in a construction or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety regulations, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications required.
  • TWIC card preferred.
  • Must have own tools.

  • Pay: $30 - $40 per hour (plus overtime opportunities)
