- Organize and maintain contracts and supply chain policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance and governance concerns related to contracts and policies, providing timely updates and reports to management.
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
- Support communication efforts surrounding contract processes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of relevant updates and requirements.
- Provision and monitor activities within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, ensuring effective use and compliance with internal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address contract-related inquiries and facilitate smooth contract execution. - Conduct regular audits of contracts and policies to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Ensuring that the contract is assigned to the appropriate Contract Manager
- Ensuring that Contracts are fully executed
- Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are attached when required
- Purchase orders and items, within the Supply Chain ERP item file are identified and properly attached to the appropriate contract record as required
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to contract management and supply chain policies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred Previous experience in contract administration, policy management, or supply chain operations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to follow up on multiple, simultaneous contracting projects
- Proficient in data entry and management, with experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills desired
