As a key leader, you’ll oversee:
- Daily Operations: Seamlessly manage meat fabrication, meal prep, wine bar services, and retail operations.
- Strategic Growth: Drive success through budgeting, labor management, and cost control (COGS).
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a team dedicated to excellence.
- Health & Safety: Maintain top-tier food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional food and hospitality to every guest.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years in a Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar role.
- Financial Savvy: Strong skills in budgeting, labor cost management, and financial analysis.
- Culinary Expertise: Proficiency in meat cutting; ServSafe certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Retail/Grocery Knowledge: Experience in this space is a bonus but not required.
