- Lead the design and deployment of efficient automated systems tailored to regional applications.
- Oversee engineering processes to ensure systems meet operational and safety standards.
- Develop prototypes, perform quality control and functional testing, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Monitor system and machine performance; generate detailed reports and operational guidelines.
- Maintain documentation and deliver training to subject matter experts and operations teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the region.
- 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, with exposure to IT systems.
- Strong understanding of Functional Safety and relevant standards (IEC, ANSI, ISA).
- Proficiency in:
- Manufacturing operations
- AutoCAD/SolidWorks
- PLC programming
- MS Project, Office, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of:
- Robotics and vision systems
- AI and data-driven technologies
- OT networks and security (user/device-based access)
- Experience with battery manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
