- The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives and their teams, including scheduling, travel, and correspondence.
- The role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Success in this role depends on strong relationship-building skills and adaptability within a matrixed organization.
- Perform a wide range of confidential administrative tasks, demonstrating initiative and sound decision-making for executives and their teams.
- Provide high-level support through research, report preparation, information handling, and clerical duties including correspondence, visitor reception, and meeting coordination.
- Manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and conference calls while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Interact effectively with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, showing flexibility, proactiveness, and resourcefulness.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, adapting processes to meet departmental goals within a highly matrixed organization.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Being able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in calendar management
- Adaptable team player
- Good problem-solving ability
- Strong working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including table creation, mail merges and basic formatting
- Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling, expenses, calendar)
- Effective interpersonal skills and excellent telephone etiquette
- Tact and good judgment in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with senior management
