
HR Generalist

- HR Partnership: Advise managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance management to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Talent Support: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and associate engagement to attract and retain top hospitality talent.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure HR practices follow all labor laws and company policies, and support audits and reporting requirements.
- HR Data & Systems: Track key HR metrics, generate reports, and maintain accurate records in systems like Paycom.
- Culture & Communication: Promote clear communication, coordinate recognition programs, and support a positive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience; prior experience in the hotel, hospitality, or retail service industry strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP certification preferred.
