Attend and assist in lectures and labs.2. Help students on an individual and group basis.3. Assist in writing and grading assignments and exams.4. Manage online grade book.5. Set up and update blackboard website.xx. Performs other duties as requested, delegated or assigned.BASIC COMPETENCIES: (Required knowledge, skills, abilities)1. Must have taken the class with which they are assisting in, or the equivalent.2. Must have a strong knowledge of the subject matter.3. Must be comfortable with blackboard and online grade books.4. Must be able to communicate with the class via e-mail.EDUCATION: Must have completed at least one year as a Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical student.
