Interview: Microsoft Teams (2 rounds; meet with up to 5 team members)Job OverviewSeeking a senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Agile Manager to build trusted partnerships with business leaders across EF, Commercial, and R&D customer groups globally. Own and deliver the HR operational plan aligned with strategic imperatives, drive people processes, and foster an engaging, values-based work culture. This role supports talent, organizational design, change management, and HR excellence initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute HR operational plans aligned with One HR strategic imperativesPartner with senior leaders and people managers on talent development, industrial relations, organizational design, and workforce planningLead global change management and organizational design initiativesSupport employee coaching, development, and talent pipeline effortsOversee annual HR processes, including performance and compensation reviewsApply data analytics for HR insights and business solutionsServe as HR ambassador promoting collaborative, dynamic work environmentParticipate in cross-functional, transformational projects and communities of practiceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field7+ years' HR management experience, preferably as HR business partner or consultant in global organizationsExperience leading organizational design, change management, and talent development projectsDeep HR process knowledge and proven ability managing multiple projects independentlyStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsResilient, self-starter, skilled in managing ambiguity and advocating new work methodsPreferred QualificationsHR certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIDP, or equivalent)Experience with agile organizations and ways of workingProven leadership and HR consulting skills
