Office Coordinator, Peachtree City, GeorgiaThe Office Coordinator at Interfor will serve as the face and host of the Peachtree City office, providing VIP-level support to executives, employees, and visitors. This role requires an attentive, polished, and proactive professional who consistently delivers a seamless, high-touch experience. Success in this position comes from anticipating needs, maintaining impeccable attention to detail, and ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standard of hospitality and professionalism.What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting all visitors with warmth and professionalism while managing inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, screening voicemail messages, and responding to general office inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and communal office spaces.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including running the dishwasher, cleaning surfaces, and regularly emptying and maintaining refrigerators.
  • Prepare, receive, and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages via USPS and UPS
  • Monitor and maintain the office floor plan, support desk, meeting room, and company vehicle
  • Order and maintain inventory of office, kitchen, and reception supplies, including beverages and meeting refreshments.
  • Manage logistics with precision, including booking conference rooms, arranging premium catering, curating menus, and overseeing setup and cleanup to guarantee a polished environment.
  • Regularly updated content using Vif-Tele with employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and company-specific announcements.
  • Actively participate as a member of the office social committee, including planning and execution of office wide social and community outreach events and initiatives.
  • Proactively be a member of the office Safety Committee
  • Distribute communication to all Peachtree City team members regarding events and any other office wide notifications
  • Act as liaison with building management and security; support facilities matter, including health and safety requirements.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure all meeting room equipment (screens, video conferencing tools, etc.) is functional and proactively addresses technical issues before meetings.
  • Provide support for onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Assist the Executive Assistant and managers with administrative tasks, including expense collection, special events, and ad hoc projects.
  • Manage office supply vendors and assist with budgeting, invoicing, and general bookkeeping procedures.
  • Assist Accounting team with depositing checks and coding invoices
What You Offer
  • Experience supporting executives and VIP clients in a corporate or hospitality-driven environment.
  • 5+ years' experience as an administrative professional.
  • A university degree or equivalent experience and professional development are vital assets.
  • Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, including OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, as well as SharePoint.
  • Advanced knowledge with office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and phone systems.
  • Background working with a large public company is required, as is experience in the resources/industrial products sector.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks at a high level
