Benefits: PTO, 401(k), Medical/Dental/Vision, HSA option, Supplemental Insurance, EAP, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee RecognitionThe Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities, implementing reliability strategies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee a skilled team, manage equipment and process reliability, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.Job Duties:Plan, organize, schedule, assign, and review maintenance work.Train, supervise, and evaluate the work of employees.Implement new equipment technologies for manufacturing and quality improvements, including upgrades, process technologies, tooling, and manufacturing techniques.Supervise and plan installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and processes within the facility.Participate in purchasing maintenance materials and outside services per company protocols.Assist in developing and implementing systematic preventive maintenance programs.Investigate equipment failures and unexpected breakdowns, providing corrective actions to improve reliability and performance.Supervise preventive and predictive maintenance plans using automated software.Lead continuous improvement tasks and report progress to management.Minimize risk of accidents and environmental impact.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.2–3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance/reliability.Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and robotics systems.Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic), and ladder/function block logic.Working knowledge of industrial PCs and PLCs (Siemens Step 7, Beckhoff TwinCat).Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with ABB robots (preferred).Experience in highly automated environments (preferred).Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
