Innovation drives our legacy, and we're looking for an R&D Project Manager who's ready to fuel the future of engine technology with precision, passion, and purposePosition Summary:As the R&D Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional efforts to deliver new engine platforms, performance upgrades, and next-gen product innovations. You'll drive project plans from concept through launch, balancing technical complexity, time-to-market, and cost efficiency.This role combines hands-on project leadership with a deep understanding of engineering development cycles, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven decision-making. You'll be a key player in shaping Blueprint's product roadmap.---Key Responsibilities:· Develop and manage project plans for new engine projects, design iterations, and technology research initiatives.· Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, marketing, and quality teams to ensure milestone alignment.· Track project deliverables, budgets, and timelines; proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.· Facilitate design reviews, test planning, and prototype builds.· Drive continuous improvement in R&D project execution through clear communication and structured process.· Provide regular updates to leadership and drive accountability across teams.· Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations throughout the development lifecycle.---Required Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.· 3+ years of experience managing technical product development projects, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.· Proven track record of successfully launching complex products with cross-functional teams.· Strong organization, detail orientation, planning, and time management skills.· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.---Preferred Qualifications:· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.· Experience in engine development or powertrain systems.· Understanding of phase-gate or Agile / Waterfall development methodologies.· Familiarity with Monday.com and other project management tools---Why Join Blueprint Engines?· Work with a passionate, tight-knit team in a fast-growing company.· Be at the forefront of American performance engine innovation.· Competitive compensation, 401(k) with match, health benefits, and more· Paid time off and holidays· A collaborative, fast-paced work environment where innovation is encouraged
