
Senior Project Manager-Water Infrastructure

- Define project goals, policies, procedures, and performance standards in line with corporate guidelines.
- Oversee construction through administrative supervision of on-site Superintendents to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Plan, organize, and staff key field positions.
- Address and resolve potentially serious issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Represent the company in project and labor strategy meetings.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fee payments, equipment rentals, and income/expenses, to safeguard the company's interests.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and A/E contacts.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and environmental regulations.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Maintain a clean driving record for insurance purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 2 years in Project Management. Experience in heavy civil projects is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in water mitigation, pump stations, or other water-related construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects in the $10M-$50M range from start to finish.
- Experience managing self-performed work in underground, structural, and mass excavation.
- Required knowledge includes construction, design, finance, and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take responsibility and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
