- Source and recruit experienced APPs and Physicians using direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative pipelines
- Build and manage provider pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs across multiple markets
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand role priorities and ensure seamless interview coordination
- Facilitate screening, candidate experience, and employer branding across the full hiring process
- Maintain organized data and pipelines in the ATS and contribute to sourcing strategy development
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience focused on Advanced Practice Providers and/or Physicians
- Skilled in sourcing passive candidates using modern tools and techniques
- Comfortable working with ATS platforms and recruitment data
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented
