• Support the Area & Project Manager(s) in daily oversight of project progress, changes, and issues
• Track material deliveries, inventory needs, and usage to prevent delays
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and documentation with the GC and internal team
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, change orders, and field reports
• Assist with cost tracking, labor reports, and production tracking
• Conduct site walks to verify installation quality and progress
• Collaborate with field supervisors to troubleshoot issues and clarify scope
• Attend project coordination meetings and maintain strong communication with all parties
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and job-specific safety requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; equivalent construction or subcontractor experience will also be considered
• At least 3 years of experience in a construction or project engineering role; specialty subcontractor experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Familiarity with mechanical systems or insulation scopes strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Able to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, employees, and supervisors
• Can make decisions independently and asks for guidance when appropriate
