Support Oracle EPM Production monthly close process Design and evolve end to end solutions that meet customer and stakeholder needs, both current and future Lead and participate in the planning, definition, and high-level design of product solutions and architectural alternatives Assure the feasibility and sustainability of designed solutions Define and communicate system interfaces, data structures, data storage, integrations, cybersecurity considerations, test automation concepts, and deployment approaches Enable continuous integration and continuous delivery that enables immediate feedback and adjustment Maintain architectural runways for a series of products within the Value Stream Provide technical oversight and encourage security, quality, and automation Define and prioritize enablers including exploration work and technical debt reduction Consider the impact economic boundaries have on design decisions and operate accordingly Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 10 years of experience implementing and administering Oracle EPM suite of products (Essbase, Planning, PBCS, Workforce, Capital Expenditures, Projects, Financials) Minimum 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle EPM products Consulting background a plus Broad understanding of Oracle EPM technologies Best practice design of data models and application dimensionality Design and build data input forms, dashboards, and reports Expertise in custom calculation development for both Block Storage and Aggregate Storage Data Integration and Validation Expertise in Data Management, Data Exchange, EPM Automate, REST API, Groovy, and MDX Demonstrated understanding of multi-dimensional database management and optimization Ability to translate FP&A requirements into viable technical solutions Understanding of Financial Statements such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Familiar with core business processes such as Budgeting, Forecasting, HRMS, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions Patience and empathy working with mentees and customers Comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent listening skills with the intention of understanding Ability to plan and manage concurrent tasks, assignments, and projects Experience working with diverse, global cultures, organizations and teams We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
