- Within PVPC Organization the Controls Management Team acts as the main interface to the individual program ensuring that its needs are met.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the global planning, execution and programs coordination of the Controls and SW platform solution for Engines / Transmissions / Hybrid / Battery / Charging / eMotor Electronic Control Units (depending on the job posting).

- Providing Feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & SW to the vehicle/programs.
- Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System Community as primary interface.
- Coordinating Controls Features development.
- Defining Feature Roll-out Plan (What and When) that aligns to over all program milestones and objectives.
- Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and Risk mitigation.
- As you will be working on Complex Systems, it is essential the successful candidate can show a proven record of working on his/her own initiative and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical solutions
- Bachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience (5 years in automotive)
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
- Previous experience as Controls/SW developer, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plus
- Fluent English
